Build the checklists, declarations and records you keep on paper, or start from a ready-made template in one click. Flylogs asks for them at the right moment, at dispatch, after the flight or at enrolment, and keeps every filled copy as a signed record.

Short guides recorded in Flylogs itself. What you see is exactly what your team will use.
Custom forms replace the paper, the Word documents and the shared drive. Every copy knows who it is about, which revision it was filled on and who signed it.
Daily inspection, IMSAFE, post-flight report, solo briefing, course application and disciplinary record, ready to publish in your language.
Tick boxes, Yes / No, choices, numbers, dates, photos, PDFs and people from your company. Show a field only when an earlier answer calls for it.
Attach a form to dispatch, the first flight of the day, a solo flight, the post-flight confirmation, a booking or a course enrolment.
Each part is signed, optionally with a password. Edits become numbered revisions, and copies already filled never change.
Pick a template on the Forms page and the builder opens with its fields, conditions, who fills it and when it is asked already set up. Nothing is saved until you press Save, so trying one costs nothing.
The template's text appears in your language. Once saved, the form is yours: rename it, add your manual's wording, and attach it to the aircraft or courses you choose.

Sections, tick boxes, Yes / No questions, single choices, numbers with units, dates, photos and PDFs. A label can be a whole paragraph, so regulation wording is quoted word for word.
Show a field only when an earlier answer calls for it, such as a fuel slip photo only if the aircraft was refuelled, and let people attach evidence next to any answer. A section can be signed separately by another group, such as an examiner.

Attach a form to preflight dispatch, the first flight of the day on each aircraft, flights before a solo, the post-flight confirmation, self-bookings or course enrolment. Choose who fills it: PIC, SIC, instructor or any crew member.
Mandatory forms hold the step until they are signed or a manager waives them with a reason. Skippable forms are offered and their skips recorded. Flight forms can be filled offline in the app and are sent once back online.
Flight Schedule Planner
Each signature records who signed, when, and a fingerprint of the answers. Signed answers cannot be changed: a manager can reopen a copy with a reason, and the previous answers stay in its history.
Some records are about someone rather than filled by them, such as a disciplinary action or an assessment. A Person field names who the copy is about, picked from your company's users, and that person can read it once it is signed. Fill in for someone starts such a copy straight from the responses list.

The responses list shows every copy of a form: who it is about, its status, when it was started and submitted, what is still missing, and the flight, booking or enrolment it belongs to.
Send a form to people or pilot groups with a due date, see overdue copies in red, and export every answer to Excel, one column per field.

Each one opens in the builder ready to publish, set up the way most operators use it. Change anything before you publish.
Documents, exterior, fuel and oil checks, a fuel slip photo when refuelled and any defect found.

Filled by managers, signed with a password
Any checklist, declaration or record you keep on paper: daily inspections, fitness-to-fly declarations, post-flight reports, solo briefings, course applications, assessments or disciplinary records. Every filled copy is kept as a signed record attached to the person, flight or course it is about.
Yes. The Forms page offers six templates: daily inspection, fitness to fly (IMSAFE), post-flight report, solo flight briefing, course application and disciplinary action record. One click opens a template in the builder, in your language, and nothing is saved until you press Save.
Yes. A form attached to preflight, the first flight of the day, a solo flight or the post-flight confirmation can be mandatory: the step waits until it is signed or a manager waives it with a reason. Flights saved offline are never blocked.
Yes. Start from the Disciplinary action record template and publish it. Its first field, Person concerned, picks who the record is about from your company's users. A manager fills and signs the copy without sending anything to the person; it is visible to managers, to the person it is about and to any groups you add as viewers.
